PLINEST MASTELLI is a series of preparations of the renowned Italian pharmaceutical company Mastelli, which are a mixture of polynucleotides in gel form, and in the case of one preparation, a mixture of polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid (Newest).

The Mastelli company has been present on the medical market for over 60 years, meeting the highest criteria of production systems and safety. Injectables have the CE0373 registration and are protected by the worldwide Mastelli patent for the production of polynucleotides in medicine.

Polynucleotides are fragments of DNA and RNA nucleic acids . Chemically, they are esters of nucleosides and phosphoric acid. Polynucleotides are found in all organisms. Their role is, among other things, to regenerate the skinafter severe injuries and diseases. They are responsible for increasing the firmness, tension and elasticity of the skin (biorevitalization). Their presence helps to regain the aesthetics and functionality of the areas with overgrowths of the fibrous component (stretch marks, scars of dystrophic or regularly damaged areas). They also protect DNA against damage caused by UVA and UVB radiation.
